Frequently asked questions

What services do you offer?

Fall and winter: sprinkler blowouts, fall leaf and yard cleanup, gutter cleaning, holiday light installation and snow removal. Spring and summer: sprinkler startups, lawn aeration, spring yard cleanup and weeding. Every service has its own page with fixed prices.

How does pricing work?

Every service has a fixed, upfront price based on something you can count: sprinkler zones, feet of gutter or roofline, lot size, bed size or driveway size. You see the total before you send the request. If the crew finds a different count on site, the price follows the real number, up or down.

When do I pay?

When the job is done. Sending a booking request or joining a waitlist costs nothing, and no payment is collected online.

Who actually does the work?

Vetted, insured local crews from our partner network, licensed where Utah requires it (for example, irrigation work). We handle booking, scheduling and support and stay your point of contact.

What does "join waitlist" mean?

Spring and summer services are shown all year so you can plan ahead. Requests for them go on the spring list, and you get first pick of route days before booking opens publicly. No commitment.

Can I book more than one service?

Yes. Send one request per service (it takes about two minutes each) and mention the others in the notes. We'll put them on the same visit when we can.

Do I have to be home?

Usually not, as long as the crew can reach the work area. Add gate codes, dog notes or where your sprinkler controller or outdoor outlet is in the booking form.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes, any time. Nothing is paid upfront, so there's nothing to refund. Just call or text (385) 743-8966.
